3. What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to. We do not store card numbers — payment is taken in person or through a third-party processor on completion.

5. Retention

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and legal obligations, then deleted. Contact-form messages are removed once resolved.
